Irwin Bay Cottages and Vacation Rentals are located on one of the finest spots on Chautauqua Lake located in the Southwestern corner of New York State.

Protected by the bay, we are located toward the north end of the lake. We strive to keep the authentic nature of simpler times around Chautauqua Lake , while embracing the technology we’ve all become accustomed to.   We have cable TV in each of the units (expanded basic) and a WIFI area on the property. We have 9 cottages, and 2 year-round vacation homes. If you haven’t visited Irwin Bay Cottages in a while, you’re in for a real treat! We’ve scrubbed and polished, primed and painted, refurbished and upgraded! Our cottages are all two and three bedroom and are available from May through Mid October. We have over 200 feet of prime lakefront property and a boat launch. One dock slip is included with each weekly rental! We’ve recently added a fish cleaning station and electric at the docks. Most of our cottages have a screened porch, which really adds to the living space and enjoyment of the cottages. We have recently painted all of our cottages on the inside and out and are in the process of refurbishing them. Our cottages are a great spot for a family reunion! Many of our guests rent multiple cottages in order to spread out a bit and give everyone a little privacy.

Our newly refurbished, three bedroom, two bath year round vacation home has a large great room, combining the living/dining and cooking area; which keeps the cooks from missing out on all the fun! There is a wonderful deck, with an awesome view of the lake. There are three lovely bedrooms, one with a queen bed, one with a double bed, and one with a double and a twin bed. We supply plenty of pots, pans, and kitchen equipment including a dishwasher and garbage disposal. One of the two bathrooms has a shower over tub, and the other has a stand-alone shower. All you need to bring are your linens and paper products. This is a Non-Smoking, No Pet home.

Our large, seven bedroom, two bath year round vacation home has enough living space to accommodate a good sized group without having to worry about feeling squeezed-in. The living room is very long and has several seating areas. The kitchen is supplied with plenty of dishes and pots and pans. There are two bedrooms downstairs and five upstairs, with plenty of room to spread out. The downstairs bath has a shower over tub and the upstairs bath has a stand-alone shower. Each bedroom has its own lighted closet, and plenty of room to store all your vacation equipment! All you need to bring are your linens and paper products. This is a Non-Smoking, No Pet home. Renters must agree to all terms and conditions of Irwin Bay Cottages' policy.

All of our cottages are fully furnished with the exception of linens and paper goods. Each cottage has a small kitchen with stove, fridge and dinette, and a living area. Some of our cottages have 2 double beds, others have a combination of double and single beds. Each cottage has a charcoal grill and a picnic table, as well as a patio table located on the screened porch or deck. Sorry we do not allow pets in any of our cottages.
